Gregory C. Hartman's practice emphasizes business and corporate
law, buying and selling businesses, taxation, estate planning,
estates and trusts. He received his Juris Doctor degree from
The Dickinson School of Law, and an L.L.M. (post-doctorate legal
degree) from the University of Miami. Greg is admitted to practice
in the states of Pennsylvania and Florida, as well as the U.S.
Tax Court, several U.S. District Courts and three U.S. Courts
of Appeal.
Greg is very active in community affairs.
He has served as an officer or board member for numerous community
organizations, including the Berks County Chamber of Commerce,
Kutztown University, Estate Planning Council of Berks County,
Berks County Solid Waste Authority and the Berks County Conservancy.
He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
Greg is a Berks County native, but has
lived and worked in such diverse places as Europe and Florida,
moving back to this locality in 1982. He is a U.S. Army veteran
(1968-1971). He is married with two grown children and resides
in the Robeson Township countryside. Additional biographical
