Andrew N. Howe

Andrew Howe concentrates his practice in labor and employment law, as well as commercial litigation. He is a graduate of the University of Richmond in 1986 and The Dickinson School of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Andrew became associated with the Philadelphia office of Duane, Morris & Heckscher, where he practiced commercial litigation, as well as labor and employment law until his relocation to Berks County in 1994.

Andrew is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Berks County Bar Associations and is a member of the Berks County Employment Section. Andrew also is Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rated.

Andrew is a past president and board member of the Berks County Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management and also is an active member of the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce & Industry Human Resource Committee. Additionally, Andrew currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the local non-profit agency the Opportunity House. Also, Andrew is an adjunct professor teaching labor and employment law at a local area college.

Mr. Howe currently resides in Wyomissing with his wife, Ann and two children.
